Daisy Korpics was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Westchester, New York. Her mother is a mosaic artist and her father is a graphic designer, so she grew up in a very artistic household. Her interest in photography was sparked by taking her fathers camera at thirteen years old and photographing her friends.
Much of Daisy's work is focused on social relationships and emotions. She has had issues with panic attacks since she was twelve, so she uses photography as a channel of expressing those intense emotions. Photographing her friends and family has always come naturally, but Daisy has recently been branching out into different types of work.
Daisy currently resides in Manhattan and attends Parsons The New School for Design.
